“SRS have worked on our project at 6-8 Crewe Place, Rosebery since May 2017 carrying out lead paint removal works to the existing factory/warehouse which is to be converted into 44 high end apartments. SRS have also successfully managed the bulk of the remedial works associated with bringing the development up to modern standards, taking on a ‘principal subcontractor’ role over another remediation contractor whose works involved concrete spalling repair for lintels and slabs, external render repair, crack injection works, façade coating (WPM), intumescent paint application.
